Our favorite hue has been around for centuries and graced the mouths of just about every iconic woman we can think of. Red lipstick is the ultimate sexy image. I really recommend wearing red. You can pull it off in a classy way if thats what your looking for. For day, wear a matte red with orange tint to it and the rest of your makeup neutral. For night, you can do a glossy deeper red with more dramatic makeup.

Red lips are the quintessential sexy look but getting it "just right" can take a little know-how. Red lips are a classic look as seen on many a golden age Hollywood beauty, and they're a pop of color that can enhance many a look.
Whether you're just in the mood to have fun with your look, or you're going to a formal ball, red lips are ofter the best choice. So, let's talk about the best red lipsticks (five of them).
DOLCE & GABBANA

Thanks to an intense skin-conditioning formula, this lipstick leaves lips looking plump, feeling soft, and appearing voluptuous. The colors are rich and luminous, with a smooth and creamy texture that glides easily on the lips for buildable coverage. Just a luscious, moisturizing lipstick.
One of my cousins have wanted this lipstick for so long and she finally purchased it! She told me that It was everything she could ever want in a lipstick: she loves the color, the pigmentation is incredible, the formula is ultra creamy... She also said that, even when the color wared down, it left a fantastic stain. So, I'd say that the only grief would be that the lipstick really requires lip liner as it is very prone to feathering, primarily at the corners of the mouth (like you've messily eaten a lot of strawberries). However, the color is a beautiful orange-based tomato red that is otherwise comfortable and lovely.

This is a heavily pigmented true red with blue undertones. The formula seems and feels very creamy going on and, even some of my friends have told me that it was extremely long-lasting, remained comfortable and was never drying. I'd recommend to wear it over lip balm for extra moisture and this doesn't seem to affect its longevity at all.
Also, I have to say this is the prettiest color I have ever seen. It is a magnific red! Cecilia, my best friend, bought it because it was similar to Mac Red, which she owns and loves, but Mac was too drying. Armani rouge was a very similar color, even more vibrant, but moisturizing and more longwear!

This color is beautiful. The Rouge Allure Luminious Intense Lip color lipstick feels so light and sinks into the lips offering the most amazing rich color with the smallest amount of application. Pirate 99 is the truest deepest red. The product has great staying power. It will last all day even through meals.
I never call any product a must have, but this is nice to have for sure in every purse.

A classic (blue-based) red lipstick in satin finish by MAC, this colour is a make-up must have. I love the satin finish because it is adequately creamy without any shimmer or frost in it. The pigmentation is great and the colour is very rich. The matte Russian Red is a great option for a classic red too, but it is a little drying. MAC Red is ideal for dry lips and, of course, for anyone else who is looking for a classic red lipstick.
However, you must try it out in the MAC store (since you will have to take a trip to the store to buy it any way) and in natural lighting as well to see if you really like how this looks on you. I would suggest that you go to the store, try it on, and leave it on for some time (spend time at the mall, shop, eat, etc.). This way you will be able to see how it looks in different kinds of lighting and what its staying power on your lips is. If you are satisfied, then go back to the store and purchase it!
Rouge Dior Lipcolor

I rarely give 5 starts to a lipstick, even though I don't use them; but, based on what friends or people tell me, I decide. Usually, there is something lacking in either texture or color, never a perfect blend. But this lipstick is amazing! The texture is super creamy, almost slick, and yet thick enough to completely cover your natural lip color and last for hours. It is not a balm lipstick, but just incredibly soft and moisturizing feeling.
The pigment is so rich, too bright.... It is a pop of warm red. It is very wearable as an everyday shade...You can pat it on the lips straight from the tube for a tiny bit of color, or apply it with a lip brush for a sheer natural layer, or apply it straight from the tube for deep strong pigment. J'adore Dior!
So, what do you say? Are you into red lipsticks now?
Kiss,Kiss.
