   Glamour is the quality of being fascinating, alluring, or charming If you've watched Marilyn Monroe on a movie screen, then you've witnessed glamour! If you've thought of Cleopatra, then you've known what's being a Fashion Queen... What about Taylor Swift's new album? Yeah, they all have in common one thing: Color red.


   Our favorite hue has been around for centuries and graced the mouths of just about every iconic woman we can think of. Red lipstick is the ultimate sexy image. I really recommend wearing red. You can pull it off in a classy way if thats what your looking for. For day, wear a matte red with orange tint to it and the rest of your makeup neutral. For night, you can do a glossy deeper red with more dramatic makeup.

Yeah, it helps being a Hollywood Star, but sometimes...Sometimes, you just need to be yourself, you  have to tell what's  on your mind and, after all, you have to belive  that anyone can't get you down. Yeah, that's what you need for becoming an Icon, and Audrey Hepburn knew it very well.

"El reino de la Alta Costura"

   Hay algo en la moda que me encanta. Como bien dijo la gran Coco Chanel: "la moda pasa, el estilo jamás". Sí, hay algo que adoro en este mundo tan peculiar, aunque no sé lo que es. ¿Será la felicidad y la diversión que siento cada vez que hablo de ella, que leo Vogue o que veo las Fashion Shows, espectáculos casi celestiales? Puede, pero hay algo que sí que está claro: admiro la forma tan humilde, pero salvaje, en la que ha evolucionado la moda y,sobre todo, adoro la forma en la que siempre ha mantenido presente las raíces de las que ha crecido. Sí, vivimos un  "eterno retorno" bastante hermoso de las grandes épocas de la moda, donde la soberbia y la grandeza se daban la mano. Y esto...Bueno, ¡Esto hay qué celebrarlo! Así que os contaré una anécdota que parece cosa del destino.

   Who doesn't love black? 

   Black makes you feel chic and sexy; makes you look thin and you can wear it anytime you wish and anywhere you go... You can "create" several outfits for day and night with Black, right?

  Yeah, there's something about "black" that makes us love it! Black is addictive!

"Sex and the Shoes"

   Someone once told me: "A pair of shoes can change your life. Just ask Cinderella". We always see the Haute Couture and the clothes, but...What about the shoes? We see them on scream, on the red carpet and lust after them in museums, but it seems they're not important in fashion or, worst of all, in our lives!

   I remember that one of my favourite fictional character, Carrie Bradshaw- yeah!  The same Carrie Bradshaw from "Sex and the City"- adored the shoes over all.   One of my favourite scenes was when Carry told this to Aidan- one of her first boyfriends in the "Big City":

  “Aidan: Don’t take this the wrong way, but this place could use a little work.   Carrie: I know, but I can’t afford it.   Aidan: You’ve got eight thousand bucks worth of shoes over there.   Carrie: I needed those!” -Sex and the City"

   I have a friend, Loupy, who is in love with Guerlain Women's Perfume: "La Petite Robe Noire", so I decided to try this new fragance when I went walking this afternoon, after having some of the butter cookies she baked yesterday.
